The Narrative Journey

A continuous dialogue between the visible and the void.

Spiridoula Fideropoulou explores 'white' as a primary, active force on the canvas. Inspired by the concept of 'en blanc'—the unwritten—her work approaches painting as a site of radical openness, where creative intent meets an unbound trust in the unknown. This practice seeks to capture the potential inherent in silence and the raw emotional space between strokes.

Balancing between absence and presence, expectation and resolve, these contemporary paintings invite the viewer into a quiet, suspended moment of contemplation. Figures drift across the surface, suspended between the representational and the dreamlike, refusing fixed interpretation and instead embracing the fluid movement of thought across the work.
